For our office in Altea, we are looking for a Senior Accountant to join the Exactly team.
Main responsibilities:
- Preparing and reviewing tax returns for all types of clients (autónomos and SL companies).
- Providing high-level tax and accounting advice.
- Ensuring accurate bookkeeping and compliance with Spanish regulations.
- Managing correspondence with the Agencia Tributaria (Spanish Tax Authorities).
- Advising clients on company formations and self-employment registrations.
- Acting as a mentor and knowledge source for (junior) accountants.
- Contributing to process improvement and quality assurance within the team.
Job requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an asesoría or gestoría in Spain.
- Proven experience with SL companies and all types of taxes (IVA, IRPF, IS, 349, 190, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of Spanish accounting and fiscal regulations.
- Strong communication skills and client-oriented mindset.
- Good command of Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
- Living in or willing to relocate to the Altea area.
