For our office in Altea, we are looking for a Senior Accountant to join the Exactly team.

Main responsibilities:

• Preparing and reviewing tax returns for all types of clients (autónomos and SL companies).
• Providing high-level tax and accounting advice.
• Ensuring accurate bookkeeping and compliance with Spanish regulations.
• Managing correspondence with the Agencia Tributaria (Spanish Tax Authorities).
• Advising clients on company formations and self-employment registrations.
• Acting as a mentor and knowledge source for (junior) accountants.
• Contributing to process improvement and quality assurance within the team.

Job requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in an asesoría or gestoría in Spain.
• Proven experience with SL companies and all types of taxes (IVA, IRPF, IS, 349, 190, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of Spanish accounting and fiscal regulations.
• Strong communication skills and client-oriented mindset.
• Good command of Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
• Living in or willing to relocate to the Altea area.

Main responsibilities:

·       Handle inbound leads from a variety of sources in a timely, efficient and professional manner.

·        Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, first contact, service presentation, negotiation, closing, and follow-up.

·       Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions aligned with Exactly’s services.

·       Prepare and present commercial proposals and quotations.

Job requirements:

• Experience in similar position.

·        Fluent conversational English essential + Additional Dutch (and/or Spanish) hugely beneficial.

• Customer focus and excellent communication skills.

• The position prioritizes a proactive, sales-driven, adaptable, and well-organized profile above technical specialization.

For our office in Altea, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will support our accountants by handling various administrative tasks. You will be responsible for processing invoices and receipts accurately in the general ledger and assisting in the digitisation of documents through scanning and archiving.

Your work will ease the burden on our accountants, allowing them to focus on more complex tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices and receipts in the general ledger.

• Scan and archive documents.

• Support accountants with repetitive administrative tasks.

Requirements:
