Main responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and candidate follow-up.
Coordinate LinkedIn campaigns and other sourcing strategies.
Build and maintain a candidate pool for recurring hiring needs.
Support onboarding of new employees (contracts, first-day organization, documentation).
Keep employee records up to date.
Assist in organizing training, evaluations, and company activities.
Provide general HR support to managers and staff.

Job requirements

Good command of both Spanish and English (written and spoken).
Previous experience in recruitment (in-house or agency).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of Spanish labor law and HR processes is a plus.
